Note this is NOT a yacht per se: while the interior has been extensively updated,  the vessel doesn't have a working engine so it's now a floating pied-de-terre or liveaboard opportunity on the water in downtown Sausalito. The pictures speak for themselves, but the location is great and view is incredible--watch seals, pelicans, egrets and sea otters from your bed!

Vessel's lying in charming Bridgeway Marina, slip fee is $2,000 monthly which includes electricity, water and one pumpout per month is included (and there's a 55 gallon holding tank so you will NOT need any extra pumpouts!). Public transportation is easy to San Francisco by bus and ferry, or b buses to the rest of Marin. Grocery stores, restaurants and of course coffee shops a short stroll away.
