1978 Pacific Seacraft 25

Sausalito, California

$21,000

Charming double-ended pocket cruiser designed by Henry Mohrschladt and built by Pacific Seacraft! Don't be deceived by her size--these boats have crossed oceans and with her full keel she's right at home in typical Bay conditions as well. In addition, she's in fine shape inside and out and shows very nicely--note especially almost no time on new Profurl rollerfurler and new tanbark jib and main sails.

Also note she's lying in a great Sausalito Yacht Harbor slip right on the boardwalk; this slip is potentially transferable, which is a material benefit if you're able to take advantage--there's a long waiting list to get into the marina here...
