1980 Marine Trader classic twin cabin trawler
Nice example of a classic trawler with the beautiful teak joinery below for which the Taiwanese trawlers were known but the big story on THIS boat is that not only does all the exterior brightwork (and there's A LOT of it!) gleam but a FORTUNE was also spent removing the teak decks and Awlgripping the topsides from the deck up. So not only does the boat show well but biggest areas of concern on these trawlers, regardless of the builder, have already been addressed.
Also, most of these trawlers had a single diesel, RNR is a twin which greatly facilitates maneuverability. And with almost $12,000 spent on 'em in early 2024 (new head gasket on the starboard engine and both the cooling systems serviced) they're running like tops!
This is A LOT of boat for the money, motivated owner is encouraging offers...
