1983 Robert Perry 41 sloop
The Perry 41 is a serious bluewater cruising boat designed by one of THE BEST! She has traditional lines (and a BEAUTIFUL traditional solid teak interior that feels much bigger than 41 feet) above the waterline but sports a modern underbody (the same as a Valiant 40 or Pacific Seacraft) and is built to take you ANYWHERE safely and comfortably. In researching this model, also look for "Perry Cheoy Lee 41" and "Perry Litton 41"...
This particular example has been owned by the same local couple for over 20 years during which time she was only sailed locally and shows very nicely today with barely 1,700 hours on the 61 hp Lehman diesel almost NO TIME on North Sails main (with Harken Battcar system!) and jib that were new in 2009.
Price just reduced in late August 2020, motivated two boat owner encouraging offers...
