1985 Ponderosa 47 Cockpit Motor Yacht
Are you looking for a safe way to avoid staying at home all the time? Would you like a place to ‘get away from it all’ without having to leave the Bay Area? Look no further than this beautiful 47’ Ponderosa Motor Yacht that is currently moored on an end-tie at the beautiful and conveniently located Coyote Point Marina in San Mateo. This end-tie slip provides unobstructed views of the SF Bay and may be transferred to the new owner pending approval from the Harbor Master, and you can spend up to three nights a week onboard within the Marina; note there is a LONG waiting list for any of the big slips in the marina so this is a material benefit if you're able to take advantage...
Or take her out for amazing boating adventures--the Ponderosa 47 is a well designed and well built motor yacht. With a brilliant layout below (big windows and about 6'5 headroom throughout make for an amazingly airy and spacious interior) and a fully enclosed aft deck and flybridge (where there's about 7' headroom!), this particular example has room to spare year 'round.
She also shows very nicely, engines serviced in April of 2019 and bottom painted summer 2019, she'll make a great weekender or or liveaboard. She's also VERY competitively priced by motivated owners so this is a nice turn key package if you're able to take advantage...
Price just reduced by motivated owners and offers encouraged. Vessel shown by appointment, please.
