The LM30 is a blue water-capable and super comfortable pilothouse motor sailer, built in Denmark to withstand the riggers of Scandinavia and the North Sea. The boat can be easily handled from either of the the two steering stations (one in the pilothouse, one in the the well-protected cockpit), and she handles typical Bay conditions with aplomb. LMs are very popular in Europe and the UK, but are very rare here in the US.

Accommodations and Layout
Owner's cabin forward with triangle-shaped (6'0 in length) berth and with generous storage. Next aft is the enclosed head to starboard w/ sink and shower with a spacious locker opposite port side.
Continue aft to main salon with double drop-leaf table amidships, has an L-shaped dinette (converts to double berth) to starboard and a single settee/berth to port. Between the cockpit and the main salon is the pilothouse with a teak and holly sole, a varnished teak wheel and bench seat to starboard and galley to port. The galley includes a 2 burner propane stove, a sink and a refrigerator.
From galley up two steps aft to pilothouse with three pane windshield with excellent visibility, a skylight over the helm, large windows to port and starboard with a sliding double door to the cockpit.
Note the LM30 offers a warm mahogany interior with teak and holly soles, interior shows very nicely.
