location icon Sausalito, California
Year 2006
Length 47 ft
Price
$229,000

Designed by Group Finot, the Beneteau 473 won a Sail Magazine's Boat of the Year award for Best Production Cruiser and it's easy to see why: combining amazing interior comfort, volume, and light with bluewater strength, she offers a unique combination of elegant lines with extraordinary space and performance. The bottom line is that the 473 boasts more features and creature comforts than ever before in a boat this size; not surprisingly, it quickly became one of Beneteau's best sellers and remains perennially popular on the brokerage market today.

This particular low time, never cruised three stateroom dark blue-hulled beauty shows bristol and has been extensively upgraded: Flag Blue awlgripped hull, teak decks, optional 76 hp Yanmar diesel (55 hp was standard) with double the standard fuel capacity (114 gallons vs. 57 gallons standard) and three-bladed Gori folding prop (which shows like a piece of jewelry!), bow thruster, bigger winches, custom offershore dodger, new electronics in 2015, electric toilets in both heads, Webasto force-air heating system, the white leather cushions below show as new, etc etc etc.

AND she has the optional deep draft keel, which is perfect for the Bay!

Also note she's lying in a prime straight in, straight out Sausalito Yacht Harbor slip right on the boardwalk downtown. There's a long wait to get ANY slip in the marina here so this is a material benefit if you're able to take advantage...
